Although the possibility of immigrating into Canada is exciting for foreign professionals who hope to use their competencies and their various sociopolitical and economic commitments, the reality is that there are many challenges that many of them would have to overcome as far as their socioprofessional integration is concerned. We quickly realize that there is a vast difference between political will demonstrated by the government through various immigrant support mechanisms and the integration dynamics of these new immigrants in "reality". By concentrating on this problem that affects members of the African community in particular, Afriexperts International is attempting to deal with this problem through studies and reflections and proposes possible solutions aimed at facilitating the conditions for their economic, socio-political and cultural integration.
